Đun sôi nước. Thêm 1/2 muỗng cà phê muối và 2 muỗng canh rượu vang hoặc nước trái cây có mùi. Thả mực vào trong và vớt bọt trên bề mặt . Vớt mực ra và để ráo.
Cho một ít nước luộc mực vào thố cùng giấm gạo, lá chanh băm, đường nâu, lá bạc hà, rau mùi, muối và tiêu vừa ăn. Sau đó khuấy đều với nhau.
Sau khi vớt mực để ráo, trộn mực vào thố nước sốt , khuấy đều và ướp trong tủ lạnh khoảng 30 phút.
Có thể trang trí món hải sản này với bất kỳ một loại rau củ nào sử dụng trong Salad. Món mực đã hoàn thành rồi đấy!
